The best celebrity or sports star Instagram accounts are both motivational and accessible; instead of flaunting a high-end lifestyle, they keep it real by genuinely relating to their audience and providing little bits of inspiration everyday. After all, with the amount of time we all spend on our phones consuming other people’s lives, Social Media posts should help brighten your day instead of drain it.

Ben Malcolmson - @benmalcolmson

Author, speaker, and mentor figure, Ben Malcolmson has been the Special Assistant to Coach Pete Carroll for the Seattle Seahawks for the past eight years. He first met Coach Carroll when he was a newspaper reporter for USC's Daily Trojan and then, three years later, accidentally earned a roster spot as wide receiver on the 2006 Rose Bowl Champion football team. Heather Avis is wife to her handsome and hardworking man Josh, and mother to the adorable Macyn, Truly and August and Author of "The Lucky Few" (available everywhere books are sold). After working as an Education Specialist she found herself as a full-time stay at home mom when she and her husband adopted their first daughter, Macyn, in 2008. Fallon Taylor - @fallontaylor2

Fallon Taylor is an American professional barrel racer who became the World Barrel Racing Champion at the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in 2014. She made her first NFR debut when she was 13 years old in 1995, and her horse, BabyFlo, was named the Women's Professional Rodeo Association/American Quarter Horse Association WPRA/AQHA Barrel Racing Horse of the Year in 2013. She has 7 NFR qualifications and from 2013-2015 she won the Jerry Ann Taylor Best Dressed Award at NFR. In 2014, Taylor, her husband, and two of her best friends started the clothing line Ranch Dress'n. They initially included rodeo apparel including jeans, T-shirts, and saddle accessories. Ranch Dress'n also sells athletic wear, caps, outerwear, and youth clothing.
