50 guests – No Maximum - We can create as large of an event as you need - Location near or in shadow of stadium – average 60 x 60 space size - VIP area will include Bar Pavilion or Party Box – For larger event we can add VIP lounges if event is over 150 guests - Full, turn key setup with interior and exterior setups to reflect the number of guests - Food and beverage included – customized menu approved prior to the event - Customized Tailgate Menu - TopShelf bar with beer, wine and liquor - Area to reflect corporate branding and decal package – availability to incorporate any partners into overall layout - Schedule of Events - Guest VIP Check In Area - Multiple Game Areas – Cornhole/Bag Toss, Giant Beer Pong, Ring Toss, etc - Basic Branding/Decal Package *Options include - Game Tickets - Welcome Packet - Deluxe VIP Branding/Decal Package - Former Player/Coach Q&A - Giveaways - Travel Concierge to help with all travel – flights, hotel, car rental Estimated Costs: $15,000 plus location fee (estimated $2,500) Total - $17,500 for 50 guests *estimated cost for additional guests - $250 per person
