Arielle Moyal is a highly accomplished marketing professional who has been instrumental in guiding the careers of dozens of athletes for over a decade. At her current post with REP1 Baseball (a division of REP1 Sports), Arielle serves as the Director of Baseball Marketing, committed to assisting athletes with securing top of the market endorsement deals, gaining exposure and providing social media training. Exceptionally strategic and a creative thinker, Arielle understands how to effectively craft and market an athlete’s brand in a positive way.
At REP1, Arielle is responsible for the management and oversight of the entire marketing endorsement and partnership portfolio, equipment contracts and memorabilia / card deals for all REP1 Baseball clients. Her client list consists of approximately 300 professional baseball players, including Edwin Encarnacion, Luis Severino, Dee Gordon, Ronald Acuna Jr., Rafael Devers, Eloy Jimenez, Starling Marte, Freddy Galvis, Giovanny Urshela, Aristides Aquino and more.
Arielle also heads all Baseball Digital Marketing and Public Relations items, including oversight of the @REP1Baseball social platforms and player services staff. Her focus is to design and negotiate both endemic and non-endemic corporate deals, while providing clients with overall marketing and branding support services. By focusing on the complete development of the player and his brand, Arielle provides clients with success and overall prosperity in baseball and life.
Some of her notable projects include Call of Duty, Essentia Water LLC, Spotify, Rockin' Protein, Complex, Intel, Sony, Bleacher Report, Tissot, New Era, Uninterrupted, EA Sports among others.
Along with her work on the baseball side, Arielle is in charge of cross-integration with REP1 Sports' football division, as well as directly assisting the COO on corporate initiatives, like the REP1 Athlete Summit.
Prior to REP1, Arielle was responsible for helping professional basketball players in the NBA reach their full potential on and off the court. She gained extensive experience while serving as the marketing lead at BDA Sports Management and a key member of the Player Personnel and Athlete Enrichment department for the Sacramento Kings. Earlier, Arielle spent nine years working for UCLA Athletics as key staff for a variety of teams.

Arielle graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Pre- Med & Political Science and from Cal State University, Long Beach where she received her Master of Arts in Sports Management and graduated top of her class. Arielle is an avid sports fan and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
