I am Edlyn Sabrina McGarity, a Keynote Speaker, Jack Canfield Certified Trainer, and Transformational Coach.
My purpose is to inspire and empower people to live their best versions in line with their life purpose and contribution to the world. Taking a bold step out of my unfulfilling career in Computer Engineering, I got my Masters in Business Administration and diversified into Management Consultancy in 2008 while leading a team with a direct marketing company.
I have been speaking, training, and coaching people at my work, business and church for two decades. I delivered a TED talk in 2014 in Uganda and have been a Keynote Speaker on several occasions.
I have acquired two Life Coach Certifications- specializing in Life Purpose, Goal Success, and Happiness and continue to do courses in REBT, CBT, and Emotional Intelligence.
I am a multi-passionate soul. I believe in living life passionately and purposefully and in maximizing the God-given gift of each new day.
I won the Mrs. India Uganda title in 2010 and pursued my passion for acting at 36. I have acted in more than 10 feature films and other acting projects since. I speak 6 languages, have lived on three continents, among different cultures, and have a wealth of experience that I share with my audience. I also inspire my audience by sharing my experiences as an actress, engineer, my dysfunctional first marriage, and my present, living the life of my dream.
