Mike Soroka is a Canadian professional baseball pitcher for the Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball. The Braves drafted him 28th overall in the 2015 MLB draft, and he made his MLB debut in 2018. Soroka was an All-Star in 2019. With 29 starts in the 2019 season, Soroka pitched to a 13–4 record, 2.68 ERA, and 142 strikeouts in 174 2⁄3 innings. He was runner-up in NL Rookie of the Year voting to Mets first baseman Pete Alonso, and he placed 6th in NL Cy Young Voting.
