Prior to founding Gravitas, Monique spent 20 years working as a corporate attorney, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing, and software licensing. In addition to her transactional practice, Monique was also a divisional general counsel, providing legal leadership on various matters for one of Honeywell International’s global business segments.
As a published author, Monique’s book “The Snatch Back: Reclaiming Your Life One Truth At A Time” empowers women to boldly reclaim their lives from the lies that have stolen their purpose, vitality, and impact. Monique earned her J.D. from New York University’s School of Law and her B.A. in Economics from Emory University. A certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach, Monique has also studied organization leadership at M.I.T.
