5. Jim Furyk

Jim Furyk is a PGA Tour golfer with seventeen career wins. Furyk learned golf from his father, who was an assistant pro at a country club. His father was his only source of golfing instruction for some time, which many people credit for his unusual yet highly effective swing. In college, Furyk took his talents to his hometown school, the University of Arizona at Tucson, where he was a two-time All-American. Additionally, Furyk led the Wildcats to their first and still only NCAA title. Beyond the Tour, Furyk is a major philanthropist and enjoys doing all that he can to give back. He and his wife, Tabitha, have created the Jim and Tabitha Furyk Foundation that aims to help families and children in need. They have collaborated with Wolfson's Children Hospital, Blessings in a Backpack, Community Peds Care, and other associations that assist families in distress. Both for his on-course success and his charitable nature, Furyk will be a hit at your upcoming event.

4. Patrick Reed

Patrick Reed is a professional golfer both on the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He is a three-time winner on the European Tour and a nine-time winner on the PGA Tour. The crowning jewel of his PGA Tour career is a win at the Master Tournament in 2018. A San Antonio, Texas native, Reed took to golf at a young age and won the U.S. Junior Championship at just sixteen. He went on to golf at Augusta State University, where he won two Division I titles and would be named a two-time All-American. After turning professional at age twenty, it would be just three years until he won his first tournament. Reed and his wife Justine are the parents of a beautiful daughter named Windsor-Wells, and some of his passions include cooking and helping junior golfers to elevate their game. Reed is an absolute class act through and through, meaning you can't go wrong booking him for an appearance.

3. Bryson DeChambeau

DeChambeau played his collegiate golf at Southern Methodist University, where he won the Division I NCAA Championship and the US Amateur tournament, all while graduating with a degree in physics. DeChambeau turned professional in 2016 and since then, he has affectionately been called "The Scientist" by his fellow professionals because of the inventive way he plays the game. However, his talents do not stop there, as Feherty is also the author of six books, several of which have been New York Times bestsellers. Should I book a speaker for my event?

In today’s age, our attention span is dwindling. A technological era in which we can get rushes of dopamine to our brain in a couple seconds by scrolling on a variety of social media platforms has created an atmosphere where we quickly become uninterested by something if we are not immediately curious to hear more. In an event, this means being able to grab your audience’s attention immediately and pull them in, wanting to hear more. This is where hiring a speaker for an event comes into play. The speakers that are on Engage’s website are some of the most high-class, interesting stories you will ever hear. Engage has the stories and speakers that will hold your audience captive with interest.
