FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Engage Co-Founder Interviews with Pac-12

Jake Olson, President & Co-Founder of Engage and blind long snapper for the USC Trojans, was recently interviewed by Guy Haberman and Mike Yam on PAC-12 This Morning, which can be listened to on PAC-12 radio, Sirius XM 373.
On the heels of PAC-12 Media Day, the hosts and Jake discussed the long-snapper’s impact on others and life as a blind, motivational athlete, as well as Jake’s new venture, Engage.
“After I snapped the request become a little more intense, so he [Daniel Hennes, CEO of Engage and Jake Olson’s Manager] tried to find an online platform to at the very least organize all of the requests,” said Jake Olson. “But there really wasn’t [an online platform], so we came up with idea to centralize and digitize the whole process of booking.”
Engage is set to launch their new platform in the Fall of 2018, providing a first-of-its-kind platform to disrupt the process of booking talent and events. The proprietary platform will provide a seamless experience for consumers, event planners, and businesses to connect with, negotiate, and book unique events, speaking engagements, experiences, and more.
“If you want to book someone, go ahead and click. It’ll be that simple.” added Olson! “Right now, the whole system is inefficient. It’s emails, phone calls, faxing, scanning contracts, the whole booking process seems to be stuck in the 20th century, and we are really looking forward to being the almost Expedia of booking.”
