Aasia Laurencin is a successful and talented runner for the University of Michigan. She previously ran for the Texas Longhorns, but decided to tranfer to michigan afterwards. She is a sophomore and is continuing to improve on her craft, and as of right now she is 191st overall in the Women's 100m. She was named the 2020 Gatorade Michigan Track and Field Player of the Year. On top of her track and field career, Aasia is an avid dancer and artist. She was also the National Honor Society President in High School, exhibiting her dedication to being a successful student athlete.
