Cesar Ruiz is an NFL offensive lineman for the New Orleans Saints. The Camden, New Jersey native transferred from Camden High School after his sophomore year to IMG Academy in Florida, and he was a 4-star recruit in the class as well as the No. 1 center in the class of 2017. Cesar had offers from many top-tier programs and decided to attend Michigan University. He started five games at right guard as a freshman and started every game at center as a sophomore and junior. He was Second-team All-Big Ten as a junior, and he then declared for the NFL Draft. Cesar was drafted in the first round (24th overall) by the New Orleans Saints.
