Elisabeth Galperin is a speaker, productivity coach, and trainer passionate about helping professionals perform at their peak and reach their potential in all facets of life. A recovering perfectionist, she works collaboratively with clients to improve personal habits, define & implement business systems, increase productivity & consistently perform at their peak - while avoiding burn-out and overcoming overwhelmed feelings. Her mission is to help clients feel in control of their lives so that they can achieve maximum productivity, profitability, and, most importantly, peace of mind.

As a keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and executive business coach, Elisabeth empowers professionals at all levels of their careers to define productivity for themselves and provides accountability and partnership to her clients. Her relatability, accessibility, and energy are unmatched. Through her signature system, The ASCEND Method™, Elisabeth teaches the foundational systems and structures all professionals need for sustainable growth and success. Elisabeth learned early in life the consequences of being disorganized & undisciplined; a strong memory of disappointing her parents and teachers (not to mention herself!) as a middle schooler set her on a path to becoming a renowned productivity expert amongst her coaching colleagues. In 2007, Elisabeth lost her passion for working in healthcare, and knew she was destined for more. She pivoted from her role as a speech & language clinician and private practice manager to a business owner in the productivity and organizing industry- and never looked back!

When she is not working with clients, Elisabeth likes to challenge herself to achieve her own levels of peak performance athletically by participating in competitive outdoor events such as marathons, triathlons, and Crossfit classes. She can also be found on the sidelines of her oldest son’s soccer field and at her youngest son’s ninja gym, and walking endless laps in her neighborhood with her beloved black lab, Bella.
