The 2021 Perfect Game All-American brings to the Vandy staff mid-90s heat and nasty breaking stuff. He is plying his trade on the deep Commodores staff out of the bullpen currently, with eyes on the weekend rotation as he continues to develop. At 6-4 and 220 pounds, the athletic Carter is built like a prototypical MLB starter and has the stuff to go along with it.
