After 10 years in federal prison, Hector grew a successful personal training business within a corporate health club in NYC. He wanted to open doors for other people coming home from prison and help them access the skills he used and had developed to find success. He has helped provide education, national certification, and job placement for 196 individuals. He knows firsthand the importance of acting to support others on your team or in your community and has a sobering perspective on life that will enthrall, motivate, and create reflection opportunities for audiences.
