James Lawrence, “The Iron Cowboy,” is an elite triathlete. His most recent accomplishment was completing 101 consecutive Ironman-length triathlons in his quest to “Conquer 100.” An Ironman is 2.4 miles of swimming, 112.21 miles of cycling, and finally 26.2 miles of running. Lawrence did that for 101 days in a row. He is also the focus of the documentary: The Iron Cowboy: The Story of the 50.50.50 in which he completed 50 triathlons in 50 days in all 50 states.
Recently he has only been able to top that unthinkable feat. Lawrence also has a book called "Iron Cowboy: Redefine Impossible" in which his thoughts, emotions and experiences are written down for audiences all over the world. James is also a motivational speaker and philanthropist on top of his extreme endurance accomplishments.
