Katherine’s foundation and strength is leading companies through transformational change, internally and externally for maximum growth – where each employee finds and contributes their superpower, leading companies to become external-facing powerhouses. Her work is studied in undergraduate and graduate programs at universities worldwide, included in a McGraw-Hill textbook titled: Crafting and Executing Strategy: The Quest for Competitive Advantage: Concepts and Cases. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Kellogg School of Management.
