Naje Murray is a guard who currently plays for Syracuse University. A Stockton, CA native, Murray was part of the nationally dominant St. Mary's High School. She was an All-State Underclass Junior First Team, averaging 12.9 points and 2.8 steals, helping the Rams rank number 1 in the nation. She then attended San Diego State University, where she set a single-season school record for three-pointers made in a season with 81 during her sophomore year. She then transferred to Texas Tech in her junior year, shooting a very solid 37% from three-point range and 78% from the free-throw line for the Lady Raiders. Murray is now with the Orange as a grad transfer. As a grad transfer she was named a team captain and started in all 28 games she played in and averaged 11.1 points per game.
