Uncommon Connections: Human Interaction (H.I.) In An A.I. World

In a rapidly evolving world dominated by artificial intelligence and digital tools, Human Interaction (HI) has become the ultimate differentiator. Technology has transformed the way we work and live, but it cannot replace the trust, collaboration, and innovation born from real, meaningful connections. This presentation explores how cultivating “Uncommon Connections” in an AI-driven world can unlock unparalleled opportunities and enhance both personal and professional growth.

Human connections are more than just social media likes, links, shares or follows. Whether it’s building relationships inside your company or fostering external networks, these connections shape careers, drive innovation, and sustain long-term success. People thrive when they feel seen, trusted, and valued—and this is especially critical in hybrid and remote work environments where relationships can be harder to nurture.

In this action-packed keynote, Thom Singer will guide audiences through the art of forging impactful relationships in a world where AI can assist but never replace human authenticity. You’ll leave inspired to make deeper connections, lead your teams with empathy, and leverage the power of trust and collaboration to thrive in any economic climate.
