Engage partnered with Shell to book a leadership speaker for a May 2025 offsite. We curated a list of speaker recommendations based on our conversations, from which Shell shortlisted two finalists. Once Shell identified their top choice, we quickly navigated the booking process, securing a competitive fee to maximize Shell's budget. We have two goals for every event: to recommend and book the most impactful speaker, and to make it as easy as possible to do so. Shell's feedback confirmed we hit the mark on both impact and ease of execution. Their experience reflects our broader commitment to building trusted partnerships through proactive service, tailored recommendations, and results that speak for themselves.
Our speaker was brilliant!! Her slides were very engaging, as well as the interactive packet she had brought along for everyone. One of our managers also referenced her example of “aviating” during our team meeting the next morning, which means her words definitely left a lasting impact. For context, she uses the words “Aviate, Navigate & Communicate” as a problem-solving or critical thinking mechanism. When I asked around for feedback, it was overwhelmingly positive.
