Andre Nolan Dawson nicknamed "The Hawk" and "Awesome Dawson" is an American former professional baseball player and inductee into the Baseball Hall of Fame. During a 21-year baseball career, he played for four different teams as a center and right fielder, spending most of his career with the Montreal Expos (1976–1986) and Chicago Cubs (1987–1992). The Hawk is a Chicago legend and was beloved by Cubs fans during his time in Chicago. Dawson is a wonderful inspirational speaker on his career and his experiences as a coach.
