Testimonials

“I started changing habits... the sleep was helping me so much. It changed everything for me.”

"Cheri presented an on-line lecture on sleep strategies that I had organised for athletes, coaches & clinicians working in elite track & field, whilst consulting for UK Athletics. The delivery was first class, the content world class & the feedback from the attendees was without exception exemplary. I look forward to reading more of Cheri's work & would have no hesitation in recommending her consultancy services. A respected field-leader & extremely personable lady as well.”
