Grady Brown is an accomplished football coach renowned for his expertise in secondary play and defensive strategy. He began his coaching career in 2000 at Alabama A&M and spent years developing young talent across college programs, including Alabama State, Texas Southern, LSU, Southern Miss, South Carolina, Louisville, Old Dominion, and McNeese State—serving in roles up to defensive coordinator. In 2021, Brown advanced to the NFL as the Pittsburgh Steelers’ secondary coach, where over four seasons, the team tallied 66 interceptions, ranking third in the league. In March 2025, he was hired as the cornerbacks coach for the New Orleans Saints, bringing a proven track record of pass defense success and leadership to their staff. He holds a degree in mathematics education from Alabama A&M and is married to Rashidah Brown.
