Greg Garcia is a versatile American former MLB utility infielder who played from 2014 to 2020 with the St. Louis Cardinals and San Diego Padres. A seventh-round draft pick out of Hawaii–Manoa in 2010, he posted a .245 batting average over 1,096 MLB at-bats with 14 home runs, 99 RBIs, and 166 walks, often contributing as a pinch hitter and playing multiple infield positions. He also had a solid minor league career, batting .281 across more than 2,100 plate appearances. After being non-tendered by San Diego in December 2020, Garcia signed minor league deals with Detroit and Philadelphia before ultimately stepping away from professional baseball in 2021.
