Greg Harbaugh Jr. is a veteran college football coach currently serving as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at the University of Minnesota, a position he was promoted to in 2025 after joining as Co-Offensive Coordinator/QB coach in 2023. He’s in his third stint with the Gophers, having previously held quality control roles in 2017 and 2019. Over his 17-year coaching career, Harbaugh has worked at Western Michigan, Chattanooga, Marietta, Methodist, and North Carolina Wesleyan, mentoring standout players like Max Brosmer, D’Wayne Eskridge, and Skyy Moore. In 2024, his balanced offense at Minnesota averaged 26 points per game and produced school-record passing stats, including Brosmer’s 2,828 yards. A former quarterback and wide receiver at Averett University, he holds a bachelor's in sport management from Averett and a master's from Western Michigan, and resides in Minnesota with his wife Emily and their three children.
