In her early twenties, Ingrid Harb ignited a global movement by founding the Women Ambassadors Forum (WAF), driven by a passionate desire to unite female change-makers worldwide. Through WAF, she welcomed over 200 young leaders annually from more than 150 countries, tirelessly working to connect impactful individuals for a brighter future. A fervent TEDx speaker, proud Latina, and multicultural leader, Ingrid dedicates herself to fostering organizational cultures where the BIPOC community feels a profound sense of belonging. With over a decade of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Learning & Development, she has led significant advancements in inclusion and belonging across corporations, cities, and universities. Through NOTA Inclusion, Ingrid established a speaker's bureau to amplify diverse voices and nurture inclusivity.


In 2023, Ingrid Harb partnered with the University of South Florida to design and launch a certificate program in Cross-Cultural Leadership. This initiative has already seen over 10,000 participants enroll and achieve certification, underscoring its impactful reach and success.
