Johnathan Kuminga

Jonathan Malangu Kuminga, a Congolese-American professional basketball player, was born on October 6, 2002 in Goma, DR Congo. In 2016, Kuminga and his family relocated to the United States so Kuminga could play high school basketball. He attended a number of schools for high school and decided he would bypass college basketball to join the NBA G League Ignite. Jonathan turned down school such as Duke, Auburn, Texas Tech and Kentucky when making his decision. In the 2021 NBA Draft, Golden State Warriors selected Jonathan Malangu Kuminga as the 7th overall pick. I guess you can say, MISSION ACOMPLISHED!
