Green attended many highschools, first in Sydney, Australia, then coming to the States to Arizona and Florida. Additionally, Green went to Arizona University during his college years. In the 2020 NBA draft, Green was selected 18th overall by the Dallas Mavericks. Also in 2020, Green played for the Australian national team at the Tokyo Olympics, earning a bronze medal.
