Book Juliet Kuehnle

Juliet is a therapist who goes to therapy. She is on a mission to elevate and normalize the way we understand and talk about mental wellness. A National Board Certified Counselor and founder of Sun Counseling & Wellness, a thriving private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina (also offering telehealth across multiple states), Juliet is dedicated to making mental health conversations relatable, accessible, and stigma-free. Beyond the therapy room, Juliet wears many professional hats: mental health consultant, global keynote speaker, and writer with a magazine byline. Her debut book, Who You Callin' Crazy?! The Journey From Stigma to Therapy (May 2023), is a three-part guide that takes readers from curiosity to action in caring for their mental health. She also hosts the podcast Who You Callin’ Crazy?!, where she blends practical therapy insights with engaging conversations featuring fascinating guests you need to know. She is regularly featured on WBTV and WCNC and has been featured in many publications including Newsweek, Insider, Shondaland, PsychCentral, and Medium/Elemental. You can follow Juliet on social media @YepIGoToTherapy for relatable, helpful, and often humorous insight. Testimonials

“We have had Juliet present on multiple topics for our organization, and each one has been presented with enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism. We receive a magnitude of positive feedback each time we have her speak, and these are our most well attended events! Juliet provides an approachable look at mental health, therapy, and destigmatizing both. We are a healthier workplace because of Juliet's willingness to share with us!”

“On stage, Juliet was a dynamic presenter who could think on her feet, listen carefully, assimilate multiple perspectives, and reinforce key concepts. She is competent, attentive, efficient and organized. She is very easy to work with and a lot of fun! I can't recommend Juliet enough!”

"Juliet was engaging and kept me riveted throughout the entire webinar. That is tough to do via zoom but somehow she managed to hold my attention and I came away with really great takeaways. Keep things like this coming!"

"I found Juliet's approach to presenting very natural and engaging in a world where it can be hard to be engaging via a virtual webinar. Thank you for providing her contact information as I will be reaching out if a need arises for content at one of my events."

"I worked with Juliet Kuehnle on a Mental Wellness Forum. Juliet did an amazing job recruiting inspiring speakers to make the forum interesting and worthwhile for all of the attendees. She had a very active role in the symposium as a moderator for an evening panel and as an interviewer in our all day forum. She has a rare skill for pulling stories from people that are life- changing and have not been revealed before."

"I hope we continue to have Juliet come for lunch and learns. I always learn something and she is so insightful."

"Juliet had great PowerPoint slides to reference in the future. She answered questions as they came in. She always keeps things real and doesn't give the "therapist" answer all the time."

"Juliet is bright, easy to understand and real."

"This session should be required for everyone, everywhere."

"I took so many notes and learned so much! Juliet leveled up my understanding and took it to a whole new level."

"Practical, thoughtful, actionable and energizing."

"Amazingly informative."

Juliet was amazing once again. The participants have shared lots of great takeaways. Gaston College is thrilled to have had Juliet share with us. Thanks, Engage!
