She now empowers her clients to find their gold, digging deep into their own natural strengths and resources, to risk trying new ways of being, in order to see positive change that’s on their terms. Katie is the co-founder of Gold Mind Academy which trains people to become ADHD coaches. She is an ICF-accredited ADHD coach, supervisor, educator, and speaker with many years of experience in coaching and leadership development.
