Book Kurt Suzuki

Kurt Suzuki is a retired MLB Catcher. He last played for the Los Angeles Angels and retired after the 2022 MLB Season.  Born in Hawaii, Suzuki played college baseball for California State University, Fullerton, where he led them to the 2004 College World Series Championship.  That year, he won the Johnny Bench Award for the best catcher in college baseball.  Suzuki was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in 2007, and he made his MLB debut on June 12, 2007.  He has since also played for the Washington Nationals, Minnesota Twins, Atlanta Braves, and now the Los Angeles Angels.  He was an MLB All-Star in 2014 and he won the World Series in 2019 with the Washington Nationals.
