Mark Andrews is a tight end for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. The Scottsdale, Arizona native starred at wide receiver in high school then switched to tight end at the University of Oklahoma and shined for the Sooners. As a redshirt freshman Mark was Second-team All-Big 12 in 2015, followed by back-to-back First-Team All-Big 12 seasons. Mark was a unanimous All-American in 2017 and won the John Mackey Award, given to the best tight end in the country. Mark was selected in the 3rd round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Ravens. Mark went to his first Pro Bowl in 2019, when he set the Ravens record for most touchdown receptions by a tight end in a season (10).

Mark has had Type 1 diabetes since he was 9 and had a near-death experience while he was a freshman at Oklahoma due to hypoglycemia, a condition caused by low blood sugar. Dealing with diabetes on a daily basis motivated Mark to be a role model and a resource for children and their families when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Mark personifies resilience, and uses his platform to mentor and educate others.
