Mark is a former USC All-American football player. He was a first round pick to the Chicago Bears and the 1990 NFL Rookie of the Year. 3 time Pro Bowler. After playing he spent 10 years coaching in the NFL for the Baltimore Ravens, NY Jets, and Cincinnati Bengals. He continued on to a 10 plus year media career in television and radio, from co-hosting sports talk shows, to being a color analyst for NFL and college games.
