"Grateful! As for the MB, I just got off a zoom call with Stephanie and we were both singing your praises. She mentioned that she is grateful for the support I have given to our DEIB efforts and the reception this has all received from our leadership team – very much mirroring the comments you shared below. It’s great to hear from both of you that we are on the right path and to know that our leaders believe that we’ll need continued focus/investment in order to get the results we seek.”

They have not stopped talking about her talk, and shared some recordings of her work. We truly feel that Leadership Strategies for Women’s Success would be a phenomenal keynote speaker for our inaugural Women of Color conference, a one-day leadership-focused event for student women of color attending California State University, Long Beach and truly make an impact in our students' lives.”
