Michael Pineda is a former professional baseball player and pitcher for the Minnesota Twins in the MLB. Pineda signed with the Seattle Mariners in 2005 as a free agent, and later made his MLB debut in 2011, the season in which he was an All-Star. Pineda also played for the New York Yankees, and he has 966 career strikeouts. He retired after the 2022 MLB Season.
