Michael is a restaurateur and television personality. He owns 9 successful restaurants: Sampan and Graffiti Bar, Giuseppi & Sons, Harp & Crown, Monkitail in Hollywood Fl, Independence Beer Garden, Double Knot in Philadelphia, Izakaya at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City and opening Alpen Rose Steak House in Philadelphia today. He also created restaurants at JFK's Jet Blue Terminal and The Philadelphia International Airport.
He helped launch Buddakan NYC, the most expensively built restaurant in New York City at the time and has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens throughout Asia like Spago and the Four Seasons Hotel in Japan.
Michael starred in two original series, TLC's Ultimate Cake Off and Style Network's Pantry Raid. Michael and Bobby have neighboring restaurants at the Borgata.
