Noah Ruggles is a graduate transfer kicker at Ohio State. Noah joined the Ohio State football program in June of 2021 as a graduate transfer from the University of North Carolina. In 2021 Ruggles was the primary kicker for Ohio State this past season making just over 95% of his field goals and converting 100% of his PAT’s this season. 2022 will be Noah’s last season of eligibility.
