Chef Rae is a traveling private chef, while running her company, Rae’s Cuisine, she decided to step into an educator role as a k-12 culinary teacher, for the past two years, and although her position has now changed, she is still an educator at heart focused on finding opportunities to spread awareness about health through food. She is a regional chef, cooking from all nationalities, with a passionate focus on Cajun/Creole and Caribbean flavors. Currently enrolled in a post baccalaureate program, at Arizona State, studying Global Health and Sustainability. Chef Rae wants to one day own a farm, focus on rural development, in an efforts to one day create sustainable food products with medicinal health benefits in food deserts!
