Book Rodney McLeod

Rodney McLeod is a former NFL safety who played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Colts, and Browns. The Maryland native attended the University of Virginia, and after four seasons with the Cavaliers, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the St. Louis Rams. Rodney became a starter in his second year in the league and hasn’t looked back since. In 2016, he was a coveted free agent, ultimately signing a five-year contract with Philly who he helped win Super Bowl LII over the Patriots. Rodney is an inspiring undrafted success story on and off the field.

In St. Louis Rodney serves as an ambassador for the STL Salvation Army and their annual “Tree of Lights” campaign, while also appearing in their PSAs on TV and radio. Back home, McLeod hosts an annual Youth Football Camp at DeMatha. The free camp welcomes kids between the ages of 9 – 14 and focuses on improving football fundamentals. Additionally, motivational speakers guide participants through a variety of topics, including perseverance, dedication to academics, and healthy living. “I want to give these young kids an opportunity to develop some of their skills and be in an atmosphere where they can talk, have fun and do drills with NFL players like myself. That was something I was never able to do, so I feel like I’m in a position to help the youth out.”

Rodney is interested in fashion and started his own clothing line titled, Stay Fly! He is also the founder of Progressive Menswear Retailer, Back of House USA.
