Before founding Great Results Teambuilding, Sean spent over 20 years coaching basketball, where he learned firsthand what separates teams that win together from teams that just work together. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and was named Georgia Chapter Member of the Year in 2015. Today he travels the country delivering team building events and workplace culture keynotes built around real, actionable insights, not just a fun afternoon.
