About Declan McManus
Declan joined Engage as an intern in August 2021. He worked his way up from that role to a part-time position while he finished his education at Vanderbilt University. During this period, he landed many of Engage's key accounts and onboarded over 1,000 speakers and athletes. After graduating in May 2023, he joined Engage full-time as the Director of Sales & Talent and our first non-founding employee. He was promoted to COO in January 2025.
Declan leads sales, account management, and operations. He also supports product development and marketing and manages Engage's exclusive clients: Jake Olson, Lindsay Tarpley, Molly Grantham, and Ryan Harris.
He is based in Chicago, IL.
