Brands, Inc., Copeland has proven that servant leadership creates space for success while changing the lives of those she serves.

Nikka Copeland received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Macedonia and a Master of Business Administration in finance and international business from the University of Oklahoma. Copeland also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in business and leadership at Harvard Business School. Copeland was featured in the 2014 Women Worth Watching leadership issue of the Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is also President of the Board of Directors of The Lighthouse Fund, a youth social services nonprofit organization, and a Founding Member of CHIEF–a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.
